Bresküì cold creams contain selected granulated ingredients, i.e. structured into tiny grains, which, when mixed with water, blend together perfectly to create a silky, full-bodied, whipped cream that doesn’t contain air and that is very tasty. Stable in the slush machine, it doesn’t disassemble and doesn’t change structure.
